UptoboxExt: Unofficial Extension for Uptobox Users

UptoboxExt is an unofficial extension developed by PouetPouet for users of the file hosting service Uptobox. Despite not being affiliated with Uptobox, this extension aims to provide additional functionality to enhance the user experience.

One of the key features of UptoboxExt is the ability to import files from third-party Uptobox accounts into your own account without the need to download or upload them. This is made possible by utilizing your Uptobox token. Additionally, the extension allows for link decryption, enabling users to access restricted content by using one or more premium account tokens from friends or family members.

UptoboxExt also provides convenient options for opening links in new tabs or in Uptostream, a popular streaming platform. Moreover, it includes a beta feature that blocks unwanted page openings by the dl-protect website. Another beta feature transforms Uptobox links into Uptobox.eu or Uptobox.link.

To use UptoboxExt, simply right-click on a link that starts with "http*://uptobox.com/*," "http*://uptobox.eu/*," or "http*://uptobox.link/*," and the extension will appear in the context menu. The link decryption feature randomly selects one of the configured tokens from the extension's options page.

For configuration, click on the UptoboxExt icon in the list of extensions accessible from the puzzle piece button located to the right of the browser's address bar.
